Verdict Reached for the NATO 3

Update (Feb 11th): Sentencing is set to be delivered Friday, February 28th

A verdict has been reached in the NATO 3 case, with the jury rejecting the most serious charges – providing material support for terrorism and conspiracy to commit terrorism – but they were found guilty on two counts of misdemeanor mob action, and two felony counts of possessing an incendiary device. they were acquitted of an additional two counts of possessing an incendiary device and one count of solicitation of arson. The felony convictions carry the potential for a prison sentence of anywhere from 4 to 30 years, but Brian Church, Jared Chase, and Brent Betterly, have all been in custody since their arrest in May 2012.
